Our organic interlock knit solids are a Birch staple! Constructed of 95% Cotton / 5% Elastane to give great recovery, measures 58″ wide, and weighing in at 250 gsm. Our medium weight interlock knit is 2-way stretch. Interlock is a relatively stable knit that is easy to work with, doesn't curl at the edges, and provides great coverage.
