Can I pick up my order at the store?

Yes! You will be able to select Local Pickup as an option at checkout.  Our pickup hours are 11to 6 pm Wednesday through Sunday. Processing time depends on the number of previous orders on any given day, so same day pickup cannot be guaranteed. You will receive an email when your order is ready. Orders are generally ready within a couple hours unless there is an issue, in which case we will be in touch to correct it.  Occasionally fulfillment emails end up in spam folders, so please reach out if you don't get a fulfillment email within 24 hours.

 

How will my items be shipped?

All packages will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Tracking will be provided to you via email when you place your order & once your shipping label has been created. Insurance will be included automatically. Shipping for orders under $100 will be $10 and is free for purchases over $100. Orders are shipped Wednesday through Saturday, and may take a day or two to go out.  


What is your Return Policy?

Unused items in new condition are able to be returned with a receipt up to 1 year after purchase. The customer is responsible for paying shipping cost on returned items. We do not offer refunds for cut fabric, opened packages, un-skeined yarn, books, or printed knitting & crochet patterns. In order to process your return please reach out to us via email providing your name, order number, email & phone number. We are currently not offering exchanges for online purchases. Please contact us at 919-402-9777 or at hello@freemanscreative.com to process your refund & place a separate order for the items you would like in their place.
