Refund policy

Unused items in new condition are able to be returned with a receipt up to 1 year after purchase. The customer is responsible for paying shipping cost on returned items. We do not offer refunds for cut fabric, opened packages, un-skeined yarn, books, knitting needles and crochet hooks, or printed knitting & crochet patterns.
