Islington Shawl
Imagine exploring a picturesque borough in London. Spending your day popping in and out of quaint vintage shops on a street called Camden Passage, striking up conversations with locals, and imagining the stories of the people living in homes you stroll pass. Then, in the most appropriate way, you end the day eating dinner at a local pub that has huge windows that frame snapshots of life in motion. The textured lace and lofty garter border in this shawl capture the grandness, elegance, architecture, and undeniable beauty of Islington. The perfect tribute to my first trip to London.
