Basketweave Blanket

A reversible basketweave blanket suitable for boy or girl. A project perfect for the adventurous beginner. 

Gauge: 20 sts and 24 rows per 4 inches in pattern stitch (exact gauge is not critical for this project) 

Finished Measurements: 26" x 34" 

Materials Used: Yarn:  8 skeins weepaca by Big Bad Wool  [50% fine washable merino / 50% baby alpaca; 95 yds / 86 m]

Needle Size:  size 7 (4.5 mm) 24” or longer circular needle [circular needles allow you to work comfortably back and forth while observing your work as you go]

Skills Recommended:  knit, purl, using markers
