Madder Anthology
From the designer of Madder Patterns, Carrie Bostick Hoge's new book, Anthology 1, is a collection of 20 knit patterns in four unique stitch stories: Camilla, with a cascading fan pattern; Sibella, with rows of pretty floral lace; Imogen, elegant with petals and faggot stitch in constant harmony; and Beatrice, with its interesting elongated stitches that are crossed over one another, creating beauty and intrigue.
The second of the Anthology series, Simple Pleasures, by Carrie Bostick Hoge, includes 17 knit patterns: 11 sweaters and 6 accessories. All photographed in gorgeous grays and neutrals on the rocky coast of Maine. A timeless collection of simple staple garments.
The third and final book of the Anthology series, Seaside, by Carrie Bostick Hoge, includes 16 knit patterns: 11 sweaters and 5 accessories. Seaside is a dreamy collection of knitwear photographed on the incredible coast of Maine. For this third collection, Carrie set out to complement the first two books by including a bit of texture, cables, and colorwork while staying true to Madder's signature wearable style.
