Rhapsody in Cables

This sweater has it all: a comfortable fit that is also elegant… cables, lace, exciting construction.  Worked in a worsted weight yarn, it will knit up so much faster than you think.

Gauge: 26 sts and 30 rows to 4” (10 cm) in Cabled Pattern (following the charts) and 20 sts and 28 rows to 4” (10 cm) in Stockinette St on US 6 (4 mm) needles. Both gauges are given AFTER BLOCKING.

Sizes:  XS (S, M, L, XL, XXL, 3XL, 4XL). Shown in size M on a 36” bust. Recommended ease: 8-10 inches (20-25 cm) of positive ease (choose a size that is this amount bigger than your bust measurement).

Materials Used: Yarn: 3 (4, 4, 4, 4, 5, 5, 6) skeins of Dutchess by Primrose Yarn Co (100% merino; 200g / 400 y [366 m]) or approx. 1200 (1280, 1360, 1480, 1560, 1680, 1880, 2200) y [1100 (1170, 1240, 1350, 1430, 1540, 1720, 2010) m] of worsted weight yarn. The sample was knit using colorway Old Soul.

Needle Size: US 6 (4 mm) and US 3 (3.25 mm) circular needles.
